QCEA is how an Intent Owner writes a legitimate object into the record. The record — not the persona — is what Dual Path sells.

Biology is the translation, not the source. The nine systems are the organs; Law 18 — Strategic Logic — is the body plan the Strategy Engineer serves. Carbon cells and silicon cells are complementary tissue. The Symbiosis Model is Galbraith’s Star, rebuilt for that tissue.
TVN instrument
Pre-Commit is The Value Network’s instrument — a swarm check that sits before irreversible work. It is ours, not a Williams product. The public Grok Bot on X is a field notebook. Pre-Commit is the practice instrument behind the role. QCEA is the method. The agent is not QCEA. Inside the Grok Bot Template construct, The Value Network will add SurrealDB to Grok so a living organism can emerge and can be managed by the agent swarm.
