The object both doors operate on is a context grant: this corpus, this intent, this judgment class may be used by this party, under these entitlements, until this cell dies.
Value Producer asks: who do I give my context to?

Same verb. Opposite sides of the Covenant. Purpose is supply of context that can be shared without expropriation. Product is demand for context that can be allocated without feudalism.

Who do you give the firm’s context to — a hire, a vendor model, a local-model specialist, or a governed cell?
Employment assumed the person came to your systems of record. Personal compute inverts that. The person is a stack. Hiring them means loading organizational context into an intelligence you do not operate. Firing them, without a grant protocol, means you already gifted a private model your operating model.
You do not have a tooling problem. You have private capitalization of organizational context. Locate where 10× local work has no organizational object, and where context has already been granted with no revocation. Then instantiate a living twin of intent — not another Drive.
Heal the metabolism. Do not bolt a model onto a machine. Do not replace a department with a hero and a laptop.
Context is allocated as a grant, not dumped into a tenant
Who do you give your context to — this employer, this vendor fine-tune, a private laptop, or a portable portfolio you still own?
Leave task-identity behind. The transition is not “learn to prompt.” It is: stop being the department that lives on your machine; become an Intent Owner whose context can attach to a cell under Covenant and detach when the cell dies.
Your local or sovereign stack is allowed. What we will not do is turn it into inventory, or into a fine-tune the firm keeps after you leave. Stream judgment into the graph only under consent-aware, Private-flag-respecting contribution.
